Learning Objectives
  • Define primary immune deficiencies and review skin findings seen in patients with internal malignancies
  • Identify skin reactions and common bacterial and viral skin infections associated with chemotherapy
  • Discuss dermatologic presentations of acute HIV infection as well as awareness of the risk of skin cancer in this population
  • Recognize that patients with HIV may have atypical presentations of common skin diseases and be refractory to common therapeutics.
