Learning Objectives
  • Review epidemiology & pathophysiology of non-melanoma skin cancer (NMSC)
  • Identify risk factors, causes, and treatment options for NMSC
  • Review the physical exam findings of common NMSC:  basal cell carcinoma (BCC), squamous cell carcinoma (SCC); and other less common skin malignancies
  • Be able to compare and contrast the different clinical characteristics of both basal cell carcinomas and squamous cell carcinomas
